Student Visa Information for Study in Ukraine
1. Visa application.
In order to apply for a visa, you will need the
- Original passport
- 10 Passport-sized photographs
- Completed visa application form
- Invitation / admission letter from the University
- School certificates
- Birth certificate
- HIV Aids certificate
- Medical fitness certificate
- Student visa fee about $85
(School, birth, HIV Aids and medical fitness certificate must be translated intoUkrainian / Russian language and legalized by the Notary public for getting visa)
Now we are offering Translation and Notazation service for any student, who is facing difficulty in translation and notarization of documents in his / her home country.

2. Pre-departure.
We will provide you all necessary information to prepare yourself before departure for Study in Ukraine.
3. Arrival and reception.
We can arrange to have someone meet you at the airport on your arrival in Ukraine and provide on going support for study in ukraine, such as consular matters, visa extension, etc.
