What jobs and careers can the deaf, blind or mute do?

Question by Jewels Shiny: What jobs and careers can the deaf, blind or mute do?
If someone has one of these disabilities what jobs and careers can they realistically obtain? Please don't say they can get any job because a lot of job descriptions ask for and require seeing, hearing and speech. But I know some may only need the minimal use of these abilities and accept people without them, so please name as many jobs and careers as possible.

i have heard of a deaf mechanic who was EXTREMELY good, blind, i have heard of a blind person who worked on computers, although it was modified of course, as for a mute, they would be similar to deaf since the problem is the same, communication, also the would be very good mimes
